Sir Geoff Palmer is the first Black to become a professor in brewing and distillation in Scotland, a country renowned for whiskey production. His contributions to spirit production has made the craft a rewarding and exciting experience.

Our master distillers discovered that aging whiskey in rare African oak barrels from the Abam forests, imparts a distinctive caramel-spice finish unseen elsewhere in the world.
