We operate in the heart of Nigeria’s Southern region, combining local agricultural partnerships, efficient manufacturing, and premium product development to serve a rapidly expanding market for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Why Invest in Tristar?
Tristar is a 100% Nigerian-owned, professionally governed company with a scalable production model, strong local sourcing partnerships, and a growing portfolio of premium beverages. We combine financial discipline with social impact, offering investors a rare opportunity to support a purpose-driven brand positioned at the forefront of Africa’s beverage revolution. We believe strongly in building value — not just financially, but also socially.
Governance & Oversight
We maintain full compliance with the Nigerian Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA 2020), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), NAFDAC, and the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON). Our governance framework ensures that investor capital is used responsibly and strategically, with oversight from an experienced board led by Mazi Dr. Sam Ohuabunwa, OFR.
Annual audits, risk management reviews, and ESG tracking are embedded into our operations. We are currently working with local and international advisory firms to build out our investor disclosures, ahead of our future listing or large-scale equity rounds.
